Hey Everyone, This Is Michael Studer Here, From The YouTube Channel -Michael Robert Studer Runs- , And I Am Here To Talk With You All About How To Keep Mentally Strong In Sports Training, And Life All-Round. I Am A Junior Olympic Runner, And Let Me Tell You, It Can Be Incredibly Stressful! I Have Been To 5 Junior Olympic Championships, Won 10 Medals, And Won 4 Gold Medals. That’s Pretty Impressive, I Think, But Let Me Tell You, I Made A Lot Of Mistakes In Lead-Up To Winning Those Gold Medals.

When I Would Go To These Championships, I Would Be Incredibly Stressed Out About Winning, My Whole Body Would Feel Tight, And I Would Never Be Happy That Day Until I Won, And Even Be Mad For Some Days After If I Didn’t Win, And That Is Something I Did Not Like And Wanted To Change.

Luckily, I Have Had Some Incredibly Important People In My Life, Who Have Helped Me Get Through Those Hard Times! My Coach, Joe Ferris, Who Trains Me Day In And Day Out, Giving Me A Race Plan Before Every Race, And Telling Me The Exact Steps To Compete Well In Every Race! My Dad, Who Has Supported Me Throughout My Entire Youth Running Carrier, Calming Me Down Before Races, And Motivating Me Throughout Training! And My Mom, Who May Be The Most Important Person Of The Bunch, Aside From My Coach, Can Find Out How I Am Feeling In An Instant, Drives Me To All My Practices And Training, And Is One Of The Centrepieces Of My Success!

Now, I Can’t Share My Dad, Mom, And Coach With You, But I Can Tell You How To Have Fun And Keep Mentally Strong Throughout The Good AND The Bad Days, Not Just The Days That Feel Super Easy Or The Great Races You Win Or Compete In!
